Telegram Data: Your Telegram User ID, Username, and First Name (provided automatically by Telegram API).
User Content: Video and audio files you upload for captioning.
Transaction Data: Records of credits purchased via Telegram Stars (Subscription IDs, Payment IDs). We do not have access to your credit card details; payments are processed entirely by Telegram.

2. How We Use Your Data

To generate subtitles for your videos using AI transcription.
To manage your credit balance and subscriptions.
To provide customer support.

3. Data Storage & Retention (Important)

We prioritize your privacy regarding uploaded content:

Temporary Processing: Your videos are uploaded to our secure servers solely for the purpose of processing.
Auto-Deletion: Once the subtitled video is generated and sent back to you, the source and output files are scheduled for deletion. We do not use your videos to train public AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Service:

Infrastructure Providers (USA/EU): For secure hosting, computing, and storage.
Telegram (UAE): For the user interface and payment processing.
AI Providers: We utilize advanced open-source AI models for transcription.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you (command: /start shows your profile).
Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
Object to processing.
